2NE1—Lonely Cover (Incomplete and TOTALLY rough)

I found this program last night online called “Audacity” and wanted to try recording with it so I’m totally new at this. 

This is only my first attempting at trying to record anything…in my life! So please don’t be brutal. There’s only about 1:20 on here, and Minzy’s part in the first verse is completely left out as of right now (still trying to practice it).

*sigh of nervousness*

I’m trying to face my fears.

I love singing, but whenever I’m put on the spotlight…I freak out.

So…this is one small step to getting me closer to my goal: Not being so fearful or singing even though I love it.

On a brighter note, I let my grandma listen to it once she got in from work and I couldn’t tell—at first—what she thought of it. After it was done she said “That’s not you singing,” and I looked at her and said “Grammie…yes. It is.” 

She shrugged and said “Just doesn’t sound like you.”

So I’m freakin’ out, guys. “I know you don’t understand what I’m saying in this but…does it sound good”

“Yeah, Miracle! That’s why I said it didn’t sound like you. Not saying you’re bad any other time. All I’ve ever heard you sing though is classical. I’m pleasantly surprised.”

If you guys knew my grandmother, you would know things like that DON’T usually come out of her mouth.
